Carol has implemented policy and campaign plans strategically through various levels of government by utilizing her grassroots organizing skills, advocacy, and policy development expertise. With over nine years of experience in the private sector, political organizations, and nonprofits, she is committed to advancing policies that aim to improve the lives of underserved communities, including low-socioeconomic, immigrant, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities, similar to her own.
